central locationcomfortable bedsafe hotel
The location was great for exploring. it was close to several subway stations. the staff was friendly and spoke english very well. the beds were comfortable with a slightly firm mattress. I prefer this. there were also two pillows provided and one was softer than the other. the room had plenty of plug sockets. the outdoor smoking area was a nice touch. it was much better than an indoor one. i liked that the hotel secure hotel and well managed.
the lighting in the room could be improved.

Cozy stay near Dotonburi!

The location was amazing. Many shops and eateries surrounded the hotel. I loved being within walking distance of both Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. It made exploring so easy. A family mart was very close by. It offered great convenience.

the room was quite small. there was hardly any room to move around the beds or to even place suitcases. the corridor outside my room felt exposed, and it was very cold. i had to keep the heating on constantly, so the room became stuffy.

the hotel has a good location. a family mart is very close by. it is convenient to reach dotonburi and shinsaibashi by walking. the location is really right in the middle of everything.
i asked about the airport limousine bus to kansai airport after checking out. the staff member just said 'i don't know'. i thought it was very poor service because there was no attempt to check with anyone else.
